Reliance Chairman Mukesh Ambani today launched a new 4G enabled Jio feature phone in company’s annual general meeting held at Mumbai on 21st July. There were already talks in the tech world about this launch and here it is with a bang! New Jio Phone is said to be one of the most intelligent feature phone with latest technologies embedded in it.
You can buy jio phone at Rs. 1500 from MyJio app, Jio official website, Jio digital stores or online shopping sites like flipkart, amazon. Booking will start on 24th August. Buy before you buy jio phone you need to be aware about the fact that you will also get free Jio phone sim with it that will work for that phone. Later you might be able to use normal Jio 4g sim but at the time of purchase you will get Jiophone with it’s sim and you can activate Rs. 153 plan to get started.

There are Three ways to Book Jio Phone By My Jio APP ,Jio website or jio retailer store. Here we give you steps to buy from my jio app so please follow the steps.
- Open my JIO App and sign In the app.
- Now on Home screen go to My Vouchers.
- Now Click Buy Now button or click Jio phone banner.
- Now enter mobile number and Pin code where want to deliver .
- Now Pay Rs 500 via payment medium and you successfully done your booking.
- Now when Phone deliver you have to Pay Rs 1000 and you successfully receive you phone .
How Jio 4G Phone is Free of Cost?
Reliance Jio is famous for their unexpectedness and this time they announced that the Jio 4G feature phone will come with an “effective” price of Rs 0 (Rupees Zero). But in order to avoid unethical usage, Jio will take 100% refundable security deposit of Rs 1,500 and this amount will be refunded to the customer after 3 years.
Now you must be wondering how Reliance will earn if they are technically giving away it for free?
Here is the catch,
The customer who gets Jio Phone will give Rs. 1,500 initially plus Rs. 153 per month for new plan. Due to such a low cost and high end features it will definitely gather huge customer base and hence every one will be using their phone as well as their mobile network with monthly plans.
